What makes us different is that we own most of what we sell — which means when you finance with us, you're financing directly with the seller. No banks, no underwriting nightmares, no surprise denial after weeks of waiting. For land, we offer 0% interest seller financing for qualified buyers. For cabins and homes, we offer in-house financing starting at 5% down with credit-flexible terms.
