Desert Key Homes is a small, local team focused on sourcing off-market land and cabins in the SoCal high desert — Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Landers, Twentynine Palms, and Lancaster. Over the past five years we've sold 75+ properties directly to buyers who wanted a desert retreat, an Airbnb investment, or a parcel they could build on someday.

What makes us different is that we own most of what we sell — which means when you finance with us, you're financing directly with the seller. No banks, no underwriting nightmares, no surprise denial after weeks of waiting. For land, we offer 0% interest seller financing. For cabins and homes, we offer in-house financing with 25% down.

We're honest about what we sell. Some lots have water meters; some need wells. Some cabins are turnkey; some need work. We'll always tell you which, so you can make a clear decision.

• Landers — Quieter, more rural. Best price-per-acre. Growing area with new builds.
• Twentynine Palms — Off-grid cabin country. We have several recreational cabins on 5-acre parcels.
• Lancaster — Antelope Valley. Larger fixer-upper homes and acreage at lower price points.
