What if I want more than 12 months to pay it off?

Does the 0% apply to cabins and homes too?
No — 0% interest is available on land parcels only, and only if paid off within 12 months (or 8.5% interest if extended up to 24 months). Our cabins and homes are financed in-house at a flat 12% interest only, with 25% down and a 12-month term.
